Texas Children’s Hi
In 2017, 33% of new hires looked for a new job within the first 6 months, raising the value of a good first impression. Texas Children’s Hospital took this to heart and the result was TCHi, an employee orientation program inspired by nostalgia and school spirit. As of 2023, the program is still going strong.
